Preparation and storage notes

If frozen, defrost in the fridge overnight.

Oven (recommended):
• Preheat oven to 180–190°C (fan forced).
• Tip veg onto a lined tray in a single layer.
• Heat 20–25 minutes, turning once, until edges are golden and veg is piping hot.

Microwave:
• Place in a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely.
• Heat on HIGH in 1–2 minute bursts, stirring gently, until hot.
