Swedish meatballs with Wagyu and free range pork

We make ours the traditional way, using real stock and a slow reduction to build deep flavor and a silky texture. Preparation and storage notes

Defrost in fridge overnight. Heat meatballs in a microwave on 3 min on high and stir.

For the oven, place in the oven in the serving tray on 160 degrees for 15minutes or gently on a stovetop until hot. Serve with pasta or mash potato and a side of your favorite greens.
