Angus Beef Rendang (Malaysian) Rich, aromatic, and deeply satisfying — our Malaysian-style beef rendang features tender Angus beef, slow-cooked until meltingly soft in a heady blend of toasted coconut, lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, and kaffir lime. The sauce is thick, complex, and intensely flavoured, slowly reduced to a deep caramelised richness. A true labour of love and a celebration of one of Malaysia’s most iconic dishes.

Preparation and storage notes

Defrost in fridge overnight for best results,
Microwave - Pierce bag. Microwave on high (1000W) for 4–5 minutes, or until hot.
For stove - Decant defrosted product into small pot and heat gently for 10min or until hot, add water if it becomes a little dry
For oven - Remove bag and place tray in preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes or until hot in the center

Serve with steamed jasmine rice and sliced cucumber
