Shawarma Roasted Cauliflower Steaks with a Green Chutney

One of my favourites. We rub the steaks with our own Shawarma Spice Mix and then roast til crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and serve it with a fresh green chutney.

Cauliflower, Avocado, Mint, Parsley, Maple Syrup, Olive Oil, Shawarma Spice Mix (cinnamon, cardamom, coriander, turmeric, ginger, paprika, cumin, pepper), Lime, Garlic, Salt

Preparation and storage notes

Keep refrigerated and use within 4 days. Serve cold, room temperature or reheat in microwave or oven. Serve with green chutney
