This is a famous soup invented by Indian cooks when the British kept requesting soup as the first course during colonial rule. I feel closer to my grandmother when adding in this soup as she was born in India and came out to Australian when she was 13!

Preparation and storage notes

Keep in covered container in refrigerator and use within 2 days. Can be frozen. Reheat in microwave or on stovetop. Please do not use this container to reheat.
