Weekly ready made meals menu - pickup/delivery 22nd October
Menu opens early Thursday morning and closes Sunday evening with orders ready Tuesday. Order for pickup (Diamond Creek) or delivery to nearby suburbs Tuesday 4.00-6.30pm. Everything is made completely in our kitchen and all dishes are provided fresh and ready for you to eat or reheat and eat. All first orders receive an 10% discount at checkout.

A delicious blend of mushrooms for the perfect soup.
That combination of salty, sweet, herby and crunchy is simply sublime! The whipped feta provides a lightness and combined with a spiced honey, some herbs and the crunch of toasted macademia's it is perfect spread on crackers or toast (or fresh bread!)
Vegetarian Mains
A fabulous vegetarian dish as well as being perfect for the lunchbox or a snack. And baked not fried! Served with a little pot of house made chilli jam (or request tomato relish if you prefer)
There are many varieties of the Persian Aash and it is much more than a soup and delicious on it's own or with meat or chicken. To say that aash is merely a soup would be underselling it – this hearty staple of Persian cuisine is always herb- based
A traditional Greek dish although we have borrowed inspiration from Gourmet Traveller and filled ours with pumpkin, cabbage and spices. Seriously delicious encased with flaky filo pastry
Meat Mains
We love this butter chicken! We create the paste by crushing the spices into a paste which creates a delicious depth of flavour. Everything in this dish is made from scratch and if there is something you can't eat please just ask as we should easily be able to tailor it. Kids love this dish as it is tasty without being too spicy! Can be frozen
Caramelised and then slow cooked for 12 hours with a delicious spice rib and cooked in apple cider and passata. Brisket is one of those meats that stays together so you can slice it but is delicious and tender. Served with our own BBQ sauce. We love our Brisket with a Simple Coleslaw
These delicious chicken meatballs are baked and then tossed in a sticky sauce. YUM!
This dish was voted the best baked salmon! I love the combination of spices, crumbs, herbs and mustard in the topping
Sides
Twice cooked potatoes turn roast potatoes into delicious crispy morsels! We supply these ready for you to finish in the oven to ensure maximum crunch!
I make my mac n cheese how i like it - good quality macaroni, a creamy cheesy sauce and a crunch, breadcrumb topping.
Steamed jasmine rice.
Salads and Vegetables
We use sprouted bulgar wheat, lots of herbs, tomato, spring onions and toss with a lemon dressing.
The combination of roasted potatoes with spiced chickpeas and a yoghurt (can be vegan) dressing is a great side or can easily be the main event.
Simply delicious! We cook the pumpkin, stuff it with couscous, parmesan, herbs and sundried tomatoes and other goodies and roast til caramelised. We serve in a foil tray so you can reheat if desired.
