I love a frittata - layers of vegetables, cheese, spinach and herbs mixed with egg, topped with cheese and grilled til caramelised crunchiness! This frittata is in a single serve about size of a pie so you can purchase as many as you want. Great for freezing and reheating for lunch or a light dinner. Each week we will be offering a different weekly special so please let us know if there is something that you dont want otherwise leave it to us!

Ingredients
Eggs, Cream, Onion, Cheddar Cheese, Vegetables, dried mixed herbs, Zaatar (coriander, oregano, chilli, cumin, salt, sesame seeds).
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated and use within 4 days. Can be eaten cold or at room temperature or reheat in microwave. Can be frozen.
