Pumpkin Hasselback with couscous and parmesan crust
Simply delicious! We cook the pumpkin, stuff it with couscous, parmesan, herbs and sundried tomatoes and other goodies and roast til caramelised. We serve in a foil tray so you can reheat if desired.

Pumpkin, Couscous, Red Onion, Red Capscium, Feta, Lemon zest and juice, Currants, Tomato, Parmesan Cheese, Olive Oil, Parsley, Garlic, Salt, Thyme, Pepper.

Keep refrigerated and use within 4 days. Reheat in preheated oven or microwave or serve cold/room temperature
