This is a great dish for a cold winter's night. The beef cheeks are slow-cooked in a rich red wine sauce until tender and falling apart. Best eaten with creamy potato mash to mop up that delicious sauce.

Beef cheek, Beef stock, Potato, Red wine, Carrot, Onion, Parsnip, Celery, Brown sugar, Thyme, Garlic, Bay leaves

Preparation and storage notes

1.Peel back corner of film.
2.Heat on high for 2-3 min or until heated through.
3.Let stand for 1 min.
4.Carefully pell off film completely from tray. Enjoy
