Mapo Tofu (Pork)

A Sichuan classic and our chef's husband's favourite. Our variation of Mapo Tofu features Silken Tofu simmered in an aromatic chilli bean sauce infused with the heat of sichuan peppercorns, combined with savoury minced meat and a hint of garlic and ginger.

Preparation and storage notes

- Store in refrigerator below 4 degree’s Celsius and consume within 3-4 days. (Please consume any dish with meat within 3 days)
- Freeze in a freezer safe container and consume within 1 month, defrost before reheating.
- Reheating Instructions: Place in microwave for 3 mins with the lid on, remove from microwave, give it a stir and reheat for another 2 minutes if necessary.
