Quiche Lorraine - Individual

The origin of this quiche is Germany where bacon and cheese were baked in a rustic pie with eggs. The French borrowed and enhanced it by filling it with a savoury egg custard. Ours is the French Style with the addition of spring onion. As always ~ Gluten Free

Gluten Free Pie Shell & Lid [Salt, Milk, skim, Soy Milk, Vegetable oil, Rice flour, Tapioca flour, Potato starch, Maize starch, Dextrose, Eggs, Besan flour], Cream (Milk), Bacon, Cheese (Blend) (Milk), -Free range Egg, -spring onion (green tops only), Stock (Vegan, Garlic), Black pepper, Soy Milk, -Garlic

Preparation and storage notes

Place containers in microwave. Heat for 4 minutes. Stir. Heat for 2 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Consume within 3 days or Freeze immediately.
