Farmhouse Pork & Fennel Sausage Rolls

Pork, Apple, and Fennel, what a scrumptious combination of flavours. Wrapped in butter puff pastry, these sausage rolls are a hit with both kids and adults. These sausage rolls come ready to bake in your oven should you require them already baked, please let us know when ordering. Preheat oven Fan Forced to 200C. Place sausage rolls on baking paper lined tray. DEFROSTED: cook for approximately 20-30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. FROZEN: cook for approximately 25-35 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Flip and cook for a further 5 minutes to crisp the bases of the rolls if needed. Serve with tomato sauce for dipping. To make mini sausage rolls, defrost and cut each roll into three, then cook until golden brown. Frozen product. Cook from frozen or defrost in the refrigerator. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours. This product contains raw pork and should be fully cooked before consumption.

Preparation and storage notes

Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Remove Sausage Rolls from tray and space out on a greased baking tray. Bake in oven 180c for 20-25mins and golden brown.
