Menu closes Saturday 21st December with orders ready Christmas Eve. Get ready for a tantalizing festive feast as we bring the true-blue Aussie spirit to our table. This year, we're dishing up a menu inspired by the warmth of summer Down Under, dishes that'll have your taste buds doing the happy dance. Picture a sun-kissed holiday table surrounded by eucalyptus and the sounds of kookaburras in the background. Indulge in the day, then kick off your thongs for a well-deserved nap in the arvo!
Dips/Starters/Antipasto
Indulge in our caramelized onion, brie, and rosemary tarts. A gorgeous trio of flavours. Each tart starts with a buttery, flaky pastry that cradles a luscious blend of caramelized onions. The brie, with its rich, velvety texture, melts into the onions, creating a luxurious texture. Fresh rosemary leaves are delicately scattered, infusing the tarts with a fragrant herbaceous essence. You can't stop at one.
Celebrate the season with this elegant starter, featuring velvety whipped goat’s cheese, perfectly balanced by the sweetness of rich, sticky fig jam. Topped with toasted pecans for a delightful crunch, this dish offers a harmony of creamy, sweet, and nutty flavors. A festive twist on a classic, our Sicilian Risotto Cheese Balls are golden, crispy bites of pure indulgence.
