Barramundi Indian Curry and Rice

This recipe originates from Goa, India. It's all about the sun, surf and excellent seafood. This aromatic curry is rich with spices and Kashmiri chilli, finished with coconut milk. We make our own curry paste with turmeric, fennugreek, coriander, tamarind and garlic. It's perfectly balanced and the flavour of Goa!! Our single serve is sided with fluffy brown rice.

Preparation and storage notes

Store below 5 degrees. Remove lid and heat for 2-3 minutes in a microwave, till piping hot.
