Butter Tofu and Chickpea Curry

This wholesome dish is a firm favourite with our Plant Lover's. In our view it's better than our Beloved Butter Chicken Curry! It has all the usual suspects of spices and a smooth tomato and coconut sauce,..... we add coconut yoghurt to make it completely plant based. We load up the plant protein with toasted tofu and chickpeas to be a complete protein curry. No Dairy or Butter in this one. Just a bowl of pure plant goodness. Our Small Serve is designed for one. Our large pouch is 2-3 generous serves. Just add on our fluffy rice to complete the dish.

Preparation and storage notes

Store below 5 degrees. Remove lid slightly and heat for 2-3 minutes in a microwave or until piping hot. Large Serve - Pour contents into a pot and simmer for 5 minutes or until piping hot.
