Coconut Chicken is one of my all time comfort foods! We make the spice paste by hand and marinate free range chicken thigh over night for an extra flavour bomb! A light and flavourful curry with immune boosting properties, loaded with anti-inflammatories. And the kids love mild flavour and the juicy chicken pieces. Simply serve with our fluffy or steamed rice to complete this dish. Our small serve is for one and our Value Pack is around 3 serves. Add some fluffy rice to complete your meal.

Preparation and storage notes

Store below 5 degrees. Heat small container in the microwave for 2-3 minutes or place in a pot over medium heat, stirring for 10 minutes or until piping hot.
