Meat Mains
This Sticky Lamb Bao is the perfect dish for an evening of interactive dining with friends or a fun family weekend dish. The lamb is marinated and the result is a tender, fragrant lamb with a marmalade glaze, paired with the fresh bite of pickled chilli and crisp vegetables.
Baked Salmon with a salty-sweet spice rub, Creamy Coconut Curry sauce, and steamy rice to soak it all up. YUM.
Juicy and tender. These flavour-packed Greek meatballs have an extra 'zingy' boost from the Feta cheese stuffed in the middle. These are served with our Lemon Baked Potatoes and Tzatziki. Add your own rice, fresh tomato and red onion salad for a veggie packed meal
The Miso-Honey mix packs a delicious punch- flavoured with lots of garlic, ginger and a little hot sauce but not too spicy of course! Served with some fresh Pea and Spring Onion Fried Rice.
Vegetarian Mains
A decadent meal. Handmade pasta ravioli stuffed with our Asparagus and Ricotta filling in a simple but delicious Tomato Sugo. If you are looking to elevate and 'wow' this is the meal for you!

Wines
This luscious red wine is grown and produced by Valente Wines micro-winery in Beechworth. Valente Wines focuses on small batch, sustainable production which ensures quality stays high. Smooth and easy to drink, this wine goes particularly well with lamb. Single bottle.
A dry French style Rose. Great for the warmer weather and BBQ's. Goes well with Asian food also.
Bakery
Our sourdough bread is made from our mother and is the kind of bread you want to have sitting under a serve of bacon and eggs this long weekend...hearty and substantial, with a soft bread surrounded by a crunchy crust.

Pide is the famous baked Turkish flat bread that comes stuffed with a variety of toppings, our vegetarian version with a Spanikopita - spinach, herb and cheese topping. Often described as a Turkish pizza, we serve ours with minted yoghurt. Serves 2 as a snack.

Sauces
This is our secret recipe aioli- special dipping sauce, for fries, arancini, wings, burgers, steak sandwiches. you name it! YUM
Made from fresh beetroot in our kitchen, this relish is not sweet with a touch of tang. Keep a jar in the fridge and add it to all your favourite foods, burgers, wraps and on a steak! Can also be used to make a dip with some cream cheese or yoghurt. comes in a 300 gram portion
Our own beautiful sweet/ savoury pickled onions, great for tacos, crispy chicken, burgers, smashed avocado.. However you like to enjoy them they are a great fridge staple.
