Miso and Honey Chicken with Pea and Spring Onion Fried Rice
The Miso-Honey mix packs a delicious punch- flavoured with lots of garlic, ginger and a little hot sauce but not too spicy of course! Served with some fresh Pea and Spring Onion Fried Rice.
Ingredients
Chicken leg fillets, Onion brown, Olive oil, Basmati rice, Green peas (fresh), Spring onion, Honey, Miso Paste, Soy sauce, Garlic, Rice wine vinegar, Fresh ginger, Siracha Hot Sauce.
Preparation and storage notes
Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Place foil tray in oven and reheat gently for 15-20 mins or until warmed. Microwave fried rice in intervals of 30 seconds until hot. Serve with garnish and enjoy.
