Sticky Lamb Bao Bun Kit
This Sticky Lamb Bao is the perfect dish for an evening of interactive dining with friends or a fun family weekend dish. The lamb is marinated and the result is a tender, fragrant lamb with a marmalade glaze, paired with the fresh bite of pickled chilli and crisp vegetables.
Ingredients
Lamb shoulder, Glutinous rice flour, Garlic, Lebanese cucumber, Olive oil, Chicken Stock, Orange, Lime juice, Soy sauce, Jam, Spring onion, cider, anchovy, Thyme, mixed spice, Fresh Coriander, Celery, Red Chilli, Golden shallot, Cumin powder, Castor sugar.
Preparation and storage notes
Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Place foil tray of lamb in oven and heat for approximately 10 mins or until hot. Place frozen bao buns on a plate and cover with cling film. Heat baos in microwave on high for 1 minute. They should feel soft but be careful they will be hot! Assemble bao buns as desired.
