Handmade Asparagus & Ricotta Ravioli with Sugo
A decadent meal. Handmade pasta ravioli stuffed with our Asparagus and Ricotta filling in a simple but delicious Tomato Sugo. If you are looking to elevate and 'wow' this is the meal for you!
Ingredients
Ricotta cheese, asparagus, Canned tomatoes, Flour, Butter, Egg, Vegetable stock, Semolina flour, Parmesan cheese, Salt, Pepper, Tomato, Mozzarella cheese, Fresh basil.
Preparation and storage notes
You will need one large pot and one small saucepan. 1. Fill large pot with water and a generous handful of salt. Bring to a vigorous boil over high heat. 2.While the water is coming to a boil, place contents of cryovac bag into the smaller saucepan and set over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer and turn off once heated. 3. Put frozen ravioli into the rolling boiled water. Cook for 4 minutes until ' al dente'. 4. Drain ravioli and serve tossed with heated sugo.
