Ingredients
Salmon Fillet, Coconut milk, Spinach, Olive oil, Fish sauce, Lime juice, Red curry paste, Lemongrass, Brown sugar, Salt, Garlic, Fresh ginger, Garlic powder, Curry powder, Onion Powder, Basmati rice.
Preparation and storage notes
Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Place foil tray of Salmon in oven and gently reheat till warmed about 10-15 mins. Reheat rice in microwave in 30 second intervals until hot. Serve with garnishes and enjoy.
