Creamy Mushroom Soup FROZEN

Earthy, velvety and deeply savoury, we start with our house-made vegetable stock, then blend in a mix of button mushrooms and porcini for a rich, layered flavour that feels like a slow walk through the forest after rain. A handful of cashews gives it that natural creaminess (without the cream), while thyme adds a gentle herbal lift.

Preparation and storage notes

Microwave
From frozen: Remove lid. Microwave on defrost or medium power for 5–8 minutes. Stir well, then heat on high in 1–2 minute intervals until hot. Let stand for 1 minute, stir again, and serve.
From thawed: Remove lid. Microwave on high for 2–4 minutes. Stir halfway through and heat until piping hot.

Stovetop
From frozen or thawed: Remove soup from packaging and place into a saucepan. Heat gently over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Bring to a gentle simmer until heated through.
