Fresh Meals
Eastwell Farms grass-fed Beef Brisket is simmered in our aromatic Pho broth for 10 hours, its then sliced and served with with our Pho broth, choi sum, rice noodles, chili, fresh herbs and bean sprouts are added.
Our version of a Sri Lankan Fish curry with local white fish pieces, spiced, roasted then simmered in our mild, sweet & sour curry. Also in the curry steamed veges and chickpeas are added. Finished with coriander & lime yoghurt.
First we caramelize our Elgin Valley free range chicken thighs, then we cook them with garlic, white wine and chicken stock. When cooked we finish the sauce with Dijon mustard, cream, lemon and fresh sage. We serve this with buttery crushed Dutch cream potatoes, fresh thyme and Parsley along with steamed green beans.
Wok fried Kingaroy Pork Belly, is simmered in a sticky dark soy, chili & lime caramel. Tossed through some winter Vegetables, chili & coriander. Recommended to serve with steamed jasmine rice
Marinated Elgin Valley Chicken is BBQ and goes with steamed rice, sesame roasted Vegetables, pickles & The Fermentier Kimchi mayo.

Spiced and roasted Elgin Valley(Glass House Mountains) free range chicken is served in a aromatic and mild Bali style curry sauce with turmeric, toasted cashews and potatoes.

Our version of the classic butter chicken, we marinate Elgin Valley chicken thighs overnight in yogurt and spices, then roast them till caramelized & succulent. We pair the chicken with a creamy, rich, buttery tomato curry sauce and add toasted almonds to finish. Serve with rice and Nahn bread for a perfect meal
Eastwell Farms Grass Fed Beef "Chili con Carne" 14 hour slow cooked grass fed beef in a special blend of spices, Noosa red tomatoes & black beans. Great served with rice and sour cream or use as a filling for tacos!
Local seafood pie w smoked reef fish, prawns & spanner crab. Creamy sauce with potatoes, garden peas, lemon and dill, comes topped with buttery puff pastry.

Slow cooked Lamb shanks are cooked in a fragrant blend of middle Eastern spices, along with pumpkin, fennel, Noosa Red Tomatoes, apricots and green olives. Finished with toasted almonds. PRODUCT IS FROZEN

Our Javanese style curry sauce is super mild but full of flavor and goes great with chicken or beef.
