Our version of a Sri Lankan Fish curry with local white fish pieces, spiced, roasted then simmered in our mild, sweet & sour curry. Also in the curry steamed veges and chickpeas are added. Finished with coriander & lime yoghurt.

Ingredients
Coconut milk, Fish, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Mustard seeds, Curry leaf, Cinnamon, Cumin, Coriander seeds, Cardamom, Black pepper, Salt, Chickpeas, Fennel seeds, Cloves, Palm sugar, Red chilli, Natural yoghurt, Vegetable oil, Turmeric powder, Lime juice.
Preparation and storage notes
remove yoghurt from container, heat container for 2-3 minutes or until hot. serve into bowl and add yoghurt.
