Ingredients

Beef, Onion, Tomatoes, Guajillo chilli, Salt, Ancho chilli, Apple cider vinegar, Allspice, Cumin, Thyme, Oregano, Black pepper, Arbol chilli, Cinnamon

Preparation and storage notes

Microwave: Pierce or slightly peel back the film on one corner of the tray. Heat on high for 3–4 minutes or until piping hot (timing may vary by microwave). Carefully remove from microwave and let it sit for 1 minute before opening fully. Stir gently and serve with the onion and coriander from the side bag.
Stovetop : Remove the birria from the tray and place in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot throughout.Serve and top with onion and coriander.
