Lamb Provencal

A rustic French classic, slow-braised lamb infused with the flavors of Provence. Tender pieces of lamb are slow cooked with fennel, olives and white beans tossed in a green persillade, then finished with our slow-roasted cherry tomatoes that add a burst of concentrated sweetness. The result is a beautifully balanced Mediterranean dish that’s fragrant, comforting and perfect for any season. We would recommend serving this with a couple of slices of baguette and some dressed green leaves.

Preparation and storage notes

Defrost in fridge overnight,

Stove- Remove tray from bag and decanter to a small pot and heat gently over low to medium heat until hot.
Microwave- on high for 2 minutes, stir and microwave for another 2-3 minutes.
Oven- remove bag from tray and heat in oven in the tray for 15-20 minutes on 160 degrees
