This classic Greek filo pie is a fantastic vegetarian option for your family Christmas table. Made with silverbeet, ricotta, soft herbs and flaky filo pastry brushed with butter and topped with nigella seeds, pepita, sea salt and cracked pepper. Preparation and storage notes

STORAGE: keep frozen
SHELF LIFE: 3 months
INSTRUCTIONS:
PARTIALLY DEFROST IN THE FRIDGE FOR 24 HOURS BEFORE BAKING.
Place on an oven tray. Pre-heat oven to 200c fan forced and bake for 40min then turn oven down to 180c and bake a further 30-40 minutes (depending on your oven) – lift out of foil tray - slice and serve.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Consume warm and crispy from the oven.
