Australian certified bone ham, cured and slowly smoked retaining a sharp, woody flavour. Glazed with our delicious mustard, marmalade, stout, pineapple and brown sugar glaze. Choose to re-heat and glaze again before serving or slice cold and serve with house-made Cumberland sauce. Arrives with a tub of extra glaze and Cumberland sauce. Leftovers are deliciously served with bread rolls and whatever's leftover from Christmas lunch!
