Preparation and storage notes

STORAGE: keep refrigerated
COOK: Bring a a large pot of water to the boil, add a pinch of salt and a glug of extra virgin olive oil. When the water is boiling place the greens into the water and blanch for 30 seconds. Drain and add the butter disc. Toss in a hot pan until melted and cooked to your liking.
