Gravy - Whole Turkey Breast with Stuffing & Gravy [Onion, Chicken, Pepper, Chicken booster (GF), Carrots, Celery, Garlic, Salt, Turkey bones, Wine, Vegetables], pork rack [Pork belly, Salt, Vinegar, Garlic, Rosemary, Sage, Nutmeg, Allspice, Cinnamon, Oil], Granny smith apples

Preparation and storage notes

STORAGE: keep refrigerated
SHELF LIFE: 4 days
INSTRUCTIONS: Unwrap pork and bring to room temperature. Place into a deep sided oven tray.
Preheat your oven to 180c and cook for 40 minutes, covered loosly in foil. Turn the oven up to 220c and cook a further 10 minutes. Let pork rest for 10min. Cut off string and slice with a bread knife. Serve with apple sauce, gravy and your choice of vegetables.
