Preparation and storage notes

STORAGE: keep refrigerated
INSTRUCTIONS: Bring a pot of water to the boil. Poach tortellini for 1 minute then drain. Meanwhile, sauce in a large frypan. Toss the pasta through and serve with Cavolo Nero, parmesan and Pangratto crumb.
