Spiced Pumpkin Soup [Water, Sweet potato, Onion, Coconut milk, Butternut pumpkin, Ghee (Milk), Long red chilli, Garlic, Ginger paste, Turmeric, Coriander powder, Chilli powder], Greek yoghurt (Milk), Lime, Onion Bhaji [Curry leaf, Onion, Besan flour, Shallots, Fresh coriander, Coriander powder, Turmeric, Baking powder, Chilli powder, Salt]

Preparation and storage notes

STORAGE: Keep refrigerated
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Pour the spiced pumpkin soup into a pot and warm gently over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated through. Do not let it boil.

For the Onion Bhajis:
Preheat a fan-forced oven to 200ºC.
Place the bhajis on a hot oven tray.
Bake for 10 minutes until crisp and heated through.
Serve the soup with the bhajis, a dollop of yoghurt, and spiced seeds. Enjoy!
