pumpkin, leek & feta tart (vegetarian) [Shortcrust pastry (Wheat), Pumpkin, Bacon, Leek, Spanish onion, Cheese (Milk), Spinach, Feta Bulgarian Danish (Milk)], cream mix (tart) [Milk, Eggs, Cream (Milk), Cornflour (Wheat)], salad (tart) [Gem lettuce leaves, Panache (Egg, Milk, Soy), Wild rocket, Spinach, Basil, Mint, Parsley], Lemon Dressing [Olive oil, Salfry oil, Lemon juice, Salt, Pepper]

Preparation and storage notes

STORAGE: keep refrigerated
INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 150°c. Place tart onto an oven tray and bake for 15 minutes covered in foil. Uncover and cook for a further 15 minutes. Slice and serve with garden salad and lemon dressing.
