Made with care by our dedicated kitchen team, our Katering at Home menus change weekly and are full of nourishing, family-style meals that everyone will love. We always keep it fresh and delicious with a rotation of the classics and some seasonal favourites.
Weekly Fresh
Free- range panko crumbed chicken breast with Berkshire ham, tomato sugo, mozzarella and basil served with roasted cherry tomatoes and a fresh garden salad.
Tender beef fillet strips marinated in ginger, garlic and sesame oil. Heathy mixed green vegetables and and sticky house-made Asian marinade – this beef and broccoli stir-fry recipe is a joy
Fresh ruby loin tuna, marinated, char-grilled and served with a delicious niçoise salad of kipfler potatoes, green beans, cherry tomatoes olives, poached egg and a mustard dressing all served with a side of house-made tuna mayonnaise and crispy lotus chips. This is a healthy meal suitable for two.
Slow-braised pork hock in a sticky Asian marinade—tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat with a perfectly sweet, sticky sauce. Served with fluffy steamed rice, crispy fried eschalots, coriander, and chilli. A chef's special to elevate your family dinner this week!
En papilotte (fish in a bag) is a healthy, simple and beautifully flavoursome way of cooking fish. We select the best white fish of the day from Sydney Fish Markets and create a neat little parcel ready for baking; filled with globe artichoke, steamed baby potatoes, Sicilian green olives, white wine, cherry tomato, and herb butter. Throw this little package in the oven for 30 minutes and enjoy a delightful dinner.
Quinoa, lentils, pumpkin wedges, maple syrup, cracked wheat and chia seeds are tossed with parsley, cucumber, semi sun-dried tomatoes and served with a lemon olive oil and balsamic dressing. Finished with a sprinkle of crunchy seeds and lemony, tahini yoghurt dressing.
Thinking about a delicious roast dinner without all the added fuss? Go no further than our marinated roast chook. Brined then marinated with tarragon butter, filled with a delicious stuffing and served with traditional gravy.
Home-made spiced lamb kofta's, skewered and ready to BBQ or pan fry. Served with delicious flat bread wraps, hummus and cauliflower tabbouleh. Dressed with tahini and minted yoghurt dressing.
Sides
These garlic herb roasted potatoes are the perfect side dish for any meal. The potatoes are tossed in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, and herbs, then roasted until crispy and tender.

Before any judgment is passed on these little patties I applaud you to try them. Made with free range local chicken mince and ready to bake straight from frozen they are bite size, convenient and absolutely delicious. They also cook in 10 minutes and are a perfect size for little hands. If you're looking for a family meal, roll them into balls, roast and pop in lettuce cups with an Asian inspired salad or throw them in a broth with noodles and greens. Containing no chilli or extra seasoning, these little treats sing for themselves. If you want some spice just mix a little chopped chilli and soya sauce and dip away till your heart is content.

Straight from my great friend, the incredibly talented Lisa Goldberg (Monday Morning Cooking Club). A delicious combination of light ricotta and spinach dumplings known as "Gnudi" covered in a freshly simmered cherry tomato sauce topped with grated parmesan. This meal is lovely, light and truly delicious and lends itself to a pairing of fresh garden salad.
