Pad kee mao with Chinese greens and tofu

Our favourite Thai takeout dish! Pad kee mao or drunken noodles is a delicious noodle dish full of flavour and made in under 20 minutes. With golden tofu, fresh veg and lots of aromatic Thai basil and garlic chives. This version is slightly less spicy than you generally find, with an option to omit the chilli for a family-friendly version. Pantry items needed: agave syrup / sugar, peanut oil; Hands-on: 20 mins, ready in: 20 mins; Cooking equipment: wok / large frying pan; Use within 5 days of receiving your meal kit.
