Preparation and storage notes

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
MICROWAVE: Remove lid, pierce corner of bag, heat 4-5 min (350g) or 6-7 min (500g), rest 2 min
OVEN:180°C, cover with foil, 25-30 min (350g) or 35-40 min (500g). Remove foil last 5 min for crispy top
FROZEN: Thaw overnight in refrigerator, follow above instructions
DIRECT FROM FREEZER: Remove lid, pierce bag, microwave on defrost (30%) for 8-10 minutes, then medium power for 3-4 minutes

STORAGE
REFRIGERATED: Store at 4°C or below, up to 7 days
FROZEN: 4 months at -18°C
