Order for delivery or pickup from Bangalow. Menu opens 9am Thursday, closes 10pm Sunday. Pickup available: Tuesday 4pm - 7pm. Wednesday 11am - 7pm. Snacks
Creamy tuna pate is great to have in the fridge for an easy lunch. Spread onto crusty bread with cucumber or enjoy in a wrap. Also great as a pre dinner nibble served with crackers.
Pate spread on crackers or rye bread is such a delicious, easy lunch. I like to serve along side some pickled veg. Of course, it's also perfect for pre dinner nibbles. Nutrient dense and full of healthy fats, chicken liver pate is a a good one to have on hand in the fridge. Small approx 120g Large approx 240g
Vegetarian mains
This is a hearty side dish, vegetarian meal or great for lunch with a salad. A blend of wild and brown rice, mushrooms , wholegrain mustard and parmesan is baked until the cheese browns. This dish arrives in a foil tray ready for you to pop back in the oven to reheat. Small serves 1-2 Medium serves 2-3 Large serves 4-6
An aromatic vegetarian curry made with tofu and flavoured with lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves. Serve with basmati rice and fresh coriander.

Salads and Vegetables
This recipe is from Sophie Hansen's book 'What can I bring?' She says it travels well and doesn't mind being left out at room temperature for some time. In her words it's "bright, crunchy. packed with big flavours and very healthy..." Sounds good to me!
Simple, classic iceberg lettuce wedges are ready for you to drizzle with a lemon & thyme vinaigrette.
A delicious, nutty salad made with freekah, herbs, lentils, pomegranate and lots more! Served with a thick yoghurt/cumin/honey dressing.
Sides
A flavoursome side dish when you want a little more than plain rice. Goes well with meat or lentil dishes, or enjoy alone with a green salad for lunch.
This creamy polenta made with parmesan goes nicely with slow cooked meat dishes.

Chicken pieces with a bone, potatoes and cherry tomatoes are roasted with oregano, thyme, anchovies, lemon and garlic.
A flavoursome, mild beef korma made with home made korma curry paste. Serve with steamed basmati rice, raita and raw tomato relish
A delightful combination of prunes, capers, green olives and fresh herbs. Serve with brown rice & ghee, couscous, quinoa or a sweet potato puree and simple green salad or steamed greens.
A flavoursome combination of chicken and eggplant with allspice and cinnamon. Serve rice pilaf or steamed rice and top with toasted pine nuts and chopped parsley.
Dessert
Tender poached apples topped with a golden, buttery almond and spice crumble. Naturally gluten free. Serve warm with a dollop of cream and vanilla bean ice cream. *Arrives frozen*
A refreshing dessert to serve after a dinner on a summer's evening. Greek yoghurt and cream are sweetened and infused with kaffir lime. Arrives in a jar. Simply take the lid off and enjoy from the jar! Or dollop onto fresh fruit. One 300g jar is a very generous serve for one, or dollop onto fresh or poached fruit and serve 2 or 3.
