Kaffir Lime & Yoghurt Panna Cotta

A refreshing dessert to serve after a dinner on a summer's evening. Greek yoghurt and cream are sweetened and infused with kaffir lime. Arrives in a jar. Simply take the lid off and enjoy from the jar! Or dollop onto fresh fruit. One 300g jar is a very generous serve for one, or dollop onto fresh or poached fruit and serve 2 or 3.

Cream, Greek yoghurt, Sugar, Gelatine leaves, Kaffir lime leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
Serve as is, straight out of the jar for a simple decadent dessert! or dollop onto some fresh berries or gently poached stone fruit.
