Chickpea, drained, -Tomato, -Carrot, -Capsicum, red pepper, raw, Yoghurt, coconut, Spices, -Coriander, Ginger, fresh, -Chilli

Preparation and storage notes

Place containers in microwave. Heat for 2 minutes. Stir. Heat for 2 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Consume within 3 days or freeze immediately. Defrost in fridge overnight before heating.
