Potato and Ricotta Gnocchi Bake with our Creamy Mushroom Sauce

We take our creamy mushroom sauce and ricotta potato gnocchi we serve here at BamBam, fold them together, for a creamy pasta sauce. We then place into a baking tray, covered it with focaccia, herb parmesan crumbs. All you have to do in place into oven and cook until the topping is golden and crusty. Enjoy on its own or with a rocket salad.

Heat covered in hot oven (180-200c) for 20-25 minutes. Uncover and bake for a further 5 minutes or until hot throughout or until top is golden.
