Apricot Chutney

This is my secret ingredient in our homemade sausage rolls and is one of my favourite chutneys that I use regularly in the kitchen. Made from fresh apricots, it pairs wonderfully with cheese on a cheese board. Use it in a hamburger or dollop a drop next to your steak.

Apricot, White sugar, Sultana, White wine vinegar, Water, Garlic peeled, Ginger, Salt, Cloves, Cayenne pepper

Preparation and storage notes

So versatile this chutney is, pair it with any type of meat, crackers and cheese. The options are endless.
Once opened store in the refrigerator and consume within 4 weeks.
