Farmhouse Beef Sausage Rolls

School holiday sausage rolls, are great to have in the freezer ready to whip out when the kids invite some extra friends over. They are full of beef, grated vegetables, and our secret ingredient........apricot chutney! So good on these colder autumn days.

Puff pastry sheets (Wheat, Milk), Beef mince, Carrot, Onion, Zucchini-Box, Egg Wash, Eggs - 700g, Breadcrumbs (Wheat), Cheddar - Shredded (Milk), Tomato sauce, Parsley, Sea salt, GARNISH, FILLING, Rosemary-Sprig

CONTAINS: Gluten, Wheat, Egg, Milk.

Preparation and storage notes

If Frozen, defrost in fridge overnight. Preheat oven to 180c, remove sausage rolls from tray and spread out on a greaseproof lined baking tray. Place in oven and allow to bake for 20-25 mins or until crisp and golden.
