Thyme, Dijon, and béchamel luxuriously coat the chicken and seasonal vegetables. The whole family will enjoy this one, my next-door neighbours told me it was the best chicken pie in Gippsland! Preparation and storage notes

Keep Refrigerated.
For best results use the oven:
Pre-heat 180c, remove the tray lid, bake until piping hot and golden on top.
