Turkish Chicken with Apricots and Saffron 🌶

This meal has a great depth of flavour ,a blend of spices and a touch of saffron works so well with the sweet apricots. It’s spicy also delicious Serve with cous cous or rice, Greek yoghurt to cool the heat, chopped fresh mint and pistachios if you have it.

chicken maryland, white wine, dried apricot, onion, olive oil, ginger, lemon, honey, tomato paste, salt, garlic, vegetable stock, green chilli, thyme fresh, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, ground turmeric, pepper, saffron, chilli flakes

Preparation and storage notes

Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Can be frozen. Reheat in microwave or preheated oven till hot. Serve with yoghurt and top meal with fresh mint and pistachios if you have them.
