Reminder that I will be closed over Summer, Christmas till start of February. Weekly menu opens Wednesday 8am and closes Friday 8pm. 15% off all first orders. All meals fresh, not frozen and ready to reheat. Fresh ingredients sourced from local South Melbourne Market and cooked from scratch in my home kitchen.
Chunky slow cooked diced lamb shoulder, caramelised vegetables, creamy mashed potato and grated parmesan on top.
Peas and mint (they belong together) this combination of all peas, sugar snap peas, snow peas and garden peas combine with fresh mint, quinoa, greek feta and toasted almonds. Eat as is or accompany with BBQ meat (can omit nuts)
A massive family favourite. Pork mince, onion, garlic, thyme and tomato based sauce with a real lift of mild chilli, anchovies and tomatoes. Delicious stirred through penne pasta and grated parmesan or on their own.
I cant get enough of tagines. They are packed with flavour, sweet red onions, carrots, sweet potato and blanched almonds all marinated in a North African chermoula ( a spice and herb blend) accompanied with prunes, green olives and preserved lemon rind.
I cant get enough of tagines. The warming flavours of the North African spices can pretty much can go with anything. This one is chickpeas, capsicum, carrot, olives, sweet red onion and tomato.
This curry is full of warming spice and has incredible aroma. Chicken thighs, potatoes and carrots makes this curry well rounded and wonderfully fulfilling
Tasty Italian classic......
A filling and satisfying soup. Corn, black beans, herbs in a tomato based broth. Garnish with crispy tortilla strips, fresh avocado and radish if you want to make it a whole meal.
