Chunky slow cooked diced lamb shoulder, caramelised vegetables, creamy mashed potato and grated parmesan on top.

Ingredients
diced lamb, potato, chicken stock, red wine, onion, carrot, celery, milk, olive oil, cream, butter, parmesan, tomato paste, garlic, plain flour, thyme fresh, bay leaf.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Can be frozen. Reheat in oven or in microwave until hot.
