Chicken and green olive tagine
I cant get enough of tagines. They are packed with flavour, sweet red onions, carrots, sweet potato and blanched almonds all marinated in a North African chermoula ( a spice and herb blend) accompanied with prunes, green olives and preserved lemon rind.
Ingredients
chicken maryland, sweet potato, red onion, carrot, green olive, lemon, prune, olive oil, almond blanched, lemon preserved, honey, parsley, coriander, ras el hanout, garlic, ground turmeric, ground cumin, salt, sweet paprika, chilli powder.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Can be frozen. Reheat in microwave, stovetop or covered in preheated oven until hot.
