Malaysian chicken curry
This curry is full of warming spice and has incredible aroma. Chicken thighs, potatoes and carrots makes this curry well rounded and wonderfully fulfilling

Ingredients
chicken thighs free range, coconut milk, new potato, carrot, tomato, grapeseed oil, soy sauce, Malaysian curry powder, eschalot, caster sugar, red chilli, salt, ginger, garlic, ground turmeric, Brazil nut, curry leaves, cinnamon stick, star anise.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Reheat in microwave or on stovetop until hot. Can be frozen.
