Beef sirloin, Water, liquid, Bread crumbs (Wheat), Red wine, Thyme, Gravy (GF) (Milk, Soy, Sulphites), Mustard, seeded (Milk), Beef stock powder (GF), Garlic, Onion powder, Salt, Pepper

Preparation and storage notes

Storage: Keep refrigerated & consume within 3 days. Store in airtight container or keep tightly wrapped. Can be frozen for up to 2 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating. Ensure fully defrosted before heating. DO NOT REFREEZE. Heating: In oven-safe dish (recommended). Preheated to 170°C, loosley cover in foil. Heat for 20–25 minutes, or until hot through. or, in microwave-safe dish for 2–3 minutes, Ensure pork is piping hot before serving.
