Dates (pitted), Caramel Sauce [Sugar, Granulated, Cream (Milk), Butter (Milk), Salt], Castor sugar, Self raising flour (Wheat), Whipped cream [Cream (Milk), Icing sugar, Vanilla essence], Vegetable oil, Eggs, Bi-carb soda, Vanilla essence

Preparation and storage notes

Storage: Refrigerate pudding and sauce for up to 5 days. Whipped cream refrigerate for up to 24 hours. PUDDING AND SAUCE CAN BE FROZEN SEPERATLY. DO NOT FREEZE CREAM. Heat pudding in microwave-safe container for 30-60 seconds. Heat sauce seperatly in microwave-safe container for 30 seconds. Serve warm with whipped cream.
